SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail second class.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not offer international shipping. Goods are handmade to order so please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies on orders over £50.00

If you haven't received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@aluracreations.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Damaged items
In the event that your item arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@aluracreations.co.uk with your order number and a photo of your item's condition.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
